Introduction
Money Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and mobile application (the “Platform”) located at Janakpuri West, New Delhi. By using our Platform or responding to our promotional messages (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email), you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Services (Lead Generation)
  • Money Solution is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) / Lead Generator. We are not a lender, bank, or NBFC.
  • We facilitate the connection between you (the “User”) and our partner Banks/NBFCs.
  • We do not decide on loan approvals, interest rates, or tenure. These are governed by the third-party lender’s policies.
Consent For Communication & Marketing

 By submitting your phone number, you provide explicit consent to be contacted by Money Solution and its partners via:

WhatsApp & RCS: Updates on loan offers and application status.

SMS & Voice: Even if your number is registered on the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry.

Email: Newsletters and promotional offers.

You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing moneysolutionfirm@gmail.com.

Data Privacy & The DPDP Act (2023)

 In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we state that:

Purpose: We collect your PAN, Aadhaar (digitized), and income details solely to check loan eligibility with partners.

Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers located within India.

Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data from our systems.

No Fees For Users
Money Solution does not charge any upfront “security deposit” or “processing fee” from the user for loan search services. Beware of any person claiming to be from Money Solution asking for money to approve a loan.

Limitation Of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss caused by the lender’s rejection of your application or for any disputes regarding the loan agreement signed between you and the lender.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian Law. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:
  • Provide Accurate Details: Ensure all contact and financial information provided is true and current.
  • Lawful Use: Not use the WhatsApp channel or our Platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Keep any OTPs or sensitive information received via our messages secure and private.

Opt-Out & Grievance Redressal

You can stop receiving messages at any time.
  • To Opt-Out: You may reply with “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” on WhatsApp, or use the “Block” feature within the app.

Limitation of Liability (Platform Specific)

Money Solution is not liable for issues outside our direct control, including:
  • Misuse of the WhatsApp platform by third parties.
  • Technical failures, delivery delays, or security breaches originating from the WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any major updates via a notice on our website or a direct message to your registered phone number/email. Continued use of the platform after an update implies your consent to the new terms.
