Introduction
Money Solution (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website and mobile application (the “Platform”) located at Janakpuri West, New Delhi. By using our Platform or responding to our promotional messages (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email), you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Services (Lead Generation)
  • Money Solution is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) / Lead Generator. We are not a lender, bank, or NBFC.
  • We facilitate the connection between you (the “User”) and our partner Banks/NBFCs.
  • We do not decide on loan approvals, interest rates, or tenure. These are governed by the third-party lender’s policies.
Consent For Communication & Marketing

 By submitting your phone number, you provide explicit consent to be contacted by Money Solution and its partners via:

WhatsApp & RCS: Updates on loan offers and application status.

SMS & Voice: Even if your number is registered on the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry.

Email: Newsletters and promotional offers.

You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing moneysolutionfirm@gmail.com.

Data Privacy & The DPDP Act (2023)

 In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we state that:

Purpose: We collect your PAN, Aadhaar (digitized), and income details solely to check loan eligibility with partners.

Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers located within India.

Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data from our systems.

No Fees For Users
Money Solution does not charge any upfront “security deposit” or “processing fee” from the user for loan search services. Beware of any person claiming to be from Money Solution asking for money to approve a loan.

Limitation Of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss caused by the lender’s rejection of your application or for any disputes regarding the loan agreement signed between you and the lender.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian Law. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
